Galerie Thomas at Art Genève

At this year’s edition of artgenève as part of a READYMADE, curated by Jelena Kristic and Balthasar Lovay, Galerie Thomas presented "Eponge bleue" by Yves Klein (1961). The exhibition featured works selected to enter into a dialogue with Marcel Duchamp’s urinal as sculpture, inhabiting various roles – parody, hyperbole, simulation or surrogate – to display diverse and compelling manifestations of the readymade over the course of the past century.
