Jim Dine. Storm of Memory – Sculptures, Drawings, Prints, Books & Poetry

The show presents not only sculptures, drawings and prints, but also prints, books and poems by the American artist. It spans six decades of Jim Dine's diverse body of work. Among them are recent works that are being exhibited for the first time.

"Jim Dine. Storm of Memory - Sculptures, Drawings, Prints, Books & Poetry" explores the existential personal as well as the socio-political topics that have been significant to the artist. The exhibition was organised on the occasion of the 88^th birthday of Jim Dine (born 1935). At the same time, the collaborative work "Jim Dine / Theseus Chan. Broken Poems" is shown at the Günter Grass Archive in Göttingen.

Both exhibitions are on display through 17 September 2023.
