Kunstareal-Fest

The 5th Kunstareal Festival will take place from July 16 to 21, 2021. The Intitative Müncher Galerien invites you to an exploratory journey through 5000 years of cultural history under the title 'Blickpunkte'. Three tours through the galleries of the Kunstareal will be offered.
The opening will take place on July 15, 2021, starting at 7 pm, on the forecourt of the Lenbachhaus.

As always, Galerie Thomas is happy to take part in this event and will be showing masterpieces of the 20th. Century with works by Wassily Kandinsky, Alexej Jawlensky, Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, Emil Nolde, Oskar Schlemmer, Paul Klee, Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró, Marc Chagall, Fernand Léger, Max Ernst, Hans (Jean) Arp, Yves Klein, Victor Vasarely, Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Tom Wesselmann, Robert Indiana, Sam Francis, Joseph Beuys as well as selected contemporary positions such as Gerhard Richter, Anselm Kiefer, Georg Baselitz, Fernando Botero, Antony Gormley, Marc Quinn and Peter Halley among others.
