Stephan Balkenhol at Lehmbruck Museum

The special exhibition of the German sculptor Stephan Balkenhol will be presented at the Lehmbruck Museum in Duisburg until the end of May 2021, there are more than 200 exhibits.
Since the early 1980s, Stephan Balkenhol has developed a sculptural technique that focuses on figurative sculpture.
The figures of the 64-year-old artist are characterized by an interplay between elusive rapture and strong intensity.
